Having trouble with your Newborn Channel equipment? Follow the easy steps listed here. If this doesn't solve your problem, please use the request form below to provide us with more detail. Step 1: Check Power

Do you have power to both your Wegener iPump and your Pico Modulator(s)? If not, make sure the cables are connected properly and that your power supply is working. Set all switches to the “on” position.

Step 2: Reset your iPump

If power is still not showing on your equipment, look for the "enter" button on the front panel of your iPump and hold it down for 5 seconds. If the iPump does not reset, hold the "enter" button down for another 5 seconds. If the unit still does not restart, please complete the form below.
